Elliott's Heating & Plumbing Services is a sole trader organisation established by myself John Elliott HNC Eng Tech MIPHE RP back in 1986, having previously worked for several large and small heating & plumbing companies. Being one of the most qualified and experienced plumbers/engineers in the South East, our work is almost all by way of recommendation and we have not needed to advertise for over 10 years. However, my policy in a constantly changing and modernising industry/society is to learn new techniques and practices to stay ahead of the competition, hense this web-site. With so much experience under my belt, covering every aspect of heating, plumbing, gas and drainage, we have expanded our services over the past 10 years (due to customer demands) to offer a complete property renovation service, using only highly skilled and fully qualified tradesmen like ourselves to produce a first class finish. Being an independent installer, we can offer unlimited choice of products to our clients, as opposed to British Gas who will generally sell boilers from only a few manufacturers, so you know that you are getting the right appliance for the right application. Our prices are generally 40% - 50% cheaper than the same specified estimate from British Gas but that does not make us the cheapest installers in the area as we prefer not to rush our installations to guarantee a quality finish using only the best quality materials. Rest assured that we are fully insured with £2,000,000 public liability cover but have never needed to claim on it in almost 20 years. My emphasis on every task (no matter how big or small) is to ensure a quality job to each client's total satisfaction, carried out promptly and tidily. The most frequent compliment that we receive from our customers is their suprise at how well we cleaned and vacuumed up, obviously a pleasant suprise compared with previous companies used. |
